Tyler Wurtz, M.S. In 2019, Tyler joined DCI Consulting Group where he now serves in the position of consultant in the Workforce Equity team. There he specializes in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility conducting DEIA metrics, racial equity audits, and Environmental Social Governance reporting. Mr. Wurtz also has years of experience in government compliance consulting and conducting Affirmative Action Plans for government contractors, where he also served as the state pay equity and Federal Transit Authority expert for DCI Consulting. Currently, Tyler Wurtz is working on a Master of Public Policy and Government Affairs from the University of Baltimore where he also graduated with a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
