The NILG 2024 National Conference will be marketed to interested individuals around the USA:

  • The conference webpage will be used as the main information distribution channel and, as such will be regularly updated and refreshed with the latest updates.

Benefits

With more than 90% of the attendees indicated they visited the exhibit hall repeatedly, exhibitors have a unique opportunity to meet with industry professionals. NILG offers the following to help exhibitors increase your engagement with our attendees.

  • Conference logo that can be used on your mailing pieces, company email communications, social media accounts or on your company website. We encourage you to promote the conference throughout your customer base.
  • Opportunity to host a reception or party at the hotel or its restaurants after our receptions forkey attendees.
  • Dedicated exhibit times include two receptions, two breakfasts, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks served exclusively in the exhibit hall.
  • Exhibits will be located between the general session and workshops rooms, creating high traffic.
  • Booths will be open starting Monday evening through Wednesday afternoon.
  • Automatic inclusion in engagement activities such as “Exhibitor Bingo” card and daily contests on the conference app that encourages daily interaction with exhibitors.
  • Option to add badge scanning (additional fee).
  • NILG 2024 Conference Website will include your company name and logo.
  • Conference app will include your name, logo, booth number, company/product description, and website.
  • Exhibitor logos will scroll in the general session throughout the event.
  • Booth price is $4250 per 10 x 10 space which includes 6’ draped table, two chairs, waste can, booth sign. Discounted price of $3995 per booth available for multiple booth purchases. Each booth registration includes one complimentary conference registration which includes all meals.
  • Upon request exhibitors will receive pre-attendee list at 45 and 30 days prior to event with name, company and e-mail if the person has not opted out.
  • Exhibitors only have access to the discounted Level 2 registration rate ($500) which includes all meals except final night event.
