Ronald has served as the Deputy Regional Director for the SWARM Region since 2022. He joined OFCCP in 2006 as a compliance officer. Over the years, he was promoted to regional liaison and the Director of Regional Operations. He was recently promoted to SWARM Regional Director.  During his tenure, he also served as the Acting Dallas District Director and Acting Denver District Director. Ronald has over 17 years of in-depth field experience and significant institutional and historical knowledge regarding past and current policy, enforcement, and operational initiatives in the SWARM Region.
