Mauri Spears has served Affirmity clients since 1997, providing leadership in workforce compliance, diversity, equity and inclusion, and training management. She has managed process design initiatives for both workforce compliance and recruitment management. In her current role, Ms. Spears manages Affirmity’s implementations, services, and software training, and leads our data analytics team. She also drives corporate management and employee consulting and training engagements.

Ms. Spears is a frequent presenter at professional conferences focused on executive leadership and management, as well as HR industry and related professional associations.
