Matt Nusbaum, Director of Biddle Consulting’s BCG Institute, provides consulting on workplace compliance requirements to federal contractors regarding the nondiscrimination and affirmative action requirements enforced by the OFCCP of the U.S. DOL. Mr. Nusbaum regularly consults on other related employment law requirements. Matt has more than ten years’ experience as a practicing attorney counseling and representing employers on matters before the OFCCP and other federal, state, and local workplace regulatory and enforcement agencies. Matt is passionate about EEO/AA and strives to bring energy and enthusiasm to the conversation - not overly popular at cocktail parties, but he cannot be dissuaded.
