He has over 20 years of experience in constructing analytical databases and analyzing results using a wide variety of statistical techniques.

Kevin’s practice areas involve all aspects of employment discrimination including analysis of hiring, promotions, terminations and compensation. Additionally, Kevin has extensive knowledge and experience calculating damages for various wage & hour matters. Kevin also performs statistical analysis related to DEI&A matters and selection processes relying on Artificial Intelligence.
