Completing your organization’s affirmative action reporting is just the first step in your compliance program. There are many steps that an organization needs to consider to effectively manage the program throughout the year. These steps include:

  • The evaluation and distribution of critical metrics to key stakeholders
  • Reviewing/updating corporate policies and procedures
  • Evaluation of state and federal reporting requirements
  • Audit preparation, and more

In this session, compliance experts will share the best practices they use to effectively manage their organization’s dynamic affirmative action program throughout the year.
