Jasmine Tucker (MHR, SHRM-CP) is a retired Army First Sergeant with experience as a HR generalist, coordinator, and deputy director, as well as holding a variety of leadership roles. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma (Masters of Human Relations and Inclusive Leadership) and Post University (Bachelor of Science, Business Management). She currently works for Virginia Tech as the Senior Human Resources Specialist, and is a member of the Mid-Atlantic ILG.

• Learn how mentorship helps bridge the professional culture and language gap
• Understand how military readiness discourages self-reporting of disabilities and requests for reasonable accommodations that could enhance performance and decrease turnover
