Diana Sen is the Regional Director of OFCCP for the Northeast Region.  In this capacity, she leads the agency's enforcement and outreach efforts in the Northeast, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.  She is based in New York City. Diana is an experienced and highly skilled civil rights lawyer and advocate for the most vulnerable populations in our country, with significant experience in government, non-profit and in the private sector.
