Denise King is Co-Chair of the NILG 2024 National Conference. She is the Senior Director, Employment Equity & Compliance with L3Harris Corporation. For more than 30 years, Denise has been responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s Employment Verification, Affirmative Action and Employment Equity Programs in the United States and Canada. She is the primary corporate contact for related government audits and filings. Denise has held increasingly responsible positions in operations, training, and human resources and prior to her current position she also served as the Director of Business Conduct reporting to the Business Conduct and Corporate Responsibility Committee of the Board of Directors. Denise represents the Southeast Region on the NILG Board and for 24 years she has served as the Chair of the Central Florida/Space Coast Industry Liaison Group.
