Driven, ambitious, creative, intelligent, analytical…those are a few words that describe Jan Harrington-Davis. A Michigan native, Jan is a great example of what can be accomplished when hard work and determination are combined. Joining Corewell Health in 2022, Jan leads the Talent Attraction teams in designing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate and retain high performing team members. She brings over 20 years of experience in talent attraction, workforce diversity, and employee relations. As the former Vice President, Talent Acquisition- EEO Diversity & Workforce Solutions, for Henry Ford Health System, Jan oversaw talent acquisition and workforce diversity initiatives and deployed a workforce development strategy to align diversity initiatives across the organization while removing barriers to employment and promotional opportunities. Jan has a passion for helping underserved communities gain access to healthcare, education, and employment. She works closely with government officials, community organizations and religious institutions to develop and implement programs that help individuals with barriers to employment achieve career success.
