  • Booth price is $4500 per 10 x 10 space which includes 6’ draped table, two chairs, waste can, booth sign.
  • Discounted price of $4200 per booth available for multiple booth purchases. Each booth registration includes one complimentary conference registration which includes all meals.
  • Upon request exhibitors will receive pre-attendee list at 45 and 30 days prior to event with name, company and e-mail if the person has not opted out.
  • Exhibitors will only have access to the discounted Level 2 registration rate ($500) for additional booth support which includes all meals except final night event.

  • Stock give-a-way items at your booth that feature your logo.
  • Include a raffle prize at your booth in exchange for a business card and/or information and promote your prize.
  • Feature a small interactive game (prize wheel, bean bag toss, bottle ring toss, Plinko, etc.) that attendees can play with your booth staff.
  • Sponsor a unique snack or beverage (breaks, etc).
