The Hop streetcar connects the Milwaukee Intermodal Station (see map above) to the Lower East Side and Historic Third Ward neighborhoods. The streetcar is free to ride, thanks to Potawatomi Hotel & Casino.

There are several bus routes that run throughout downtown Milwaukee. Tickets can be purchased in advance directly from the Ride MCTS app which is available on the App Store or on Google Play.

Milwaukee is a very bike-friendly city. All city buses are equipped with bike racks. Milwaukee’s bike share program is known as Bublr Bikes. The bike share system connects downtown Milwaukee neighborhoods with nearly 100 stations including the Milwaukee Intermodal Station, the Milwaukee Public Market, and the Wisconsin Center. Bikes from a Bublr station can be checked out with your credit card for $3 for each 30 minutes.
