Zev Grumet-Morris advises and litigates on behalf of companies in employment matters in state and federal courts and agencies throughout the United States, as well as in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution venues. He also conducts HR training, investigations and audits, and counsels businesses on affirmative action compliance and in the development of their affirmation action programs, and also defends contractors in OFCCP audits. Mr. Grumet-Morris is a magna cum laude graduate of the university of Illinois College of Law, and a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Mr. Grumet-Morris is a member of the Chicago ILG.

    Employers have embraced artificial intelligence (AI) to streamline and standardize employment processes and decision-making, particularly around hiring. And OFCCP has noticed.  This program will highlight the rapidly changing legal landscape of AI in the workplace, educate attendees regarding the risks and benefits of using AI in their companies’ hiring processes, assess how OFCCP is approaching its review of AI in audits, and provide practical tips for legal compliance and risk mitigation.
