Director, Affirmative Action - Tyson Foods, Inc

Vicki Pearson has over 25 years of human resources experience in progressively responsible roles focused on equal opportunity, affirmative action, diversity, and HR/Employment compliance. In her current role as Director Affirmative Action for Tyson Foods, Vicki provides long-term planning, strategic direction, and guidance to ensure companywide compliance with Tyson’s Affirmative Action Plans. She is responsible for managing employment compliance programs including remediation in procedural gaps and training. Vicki also ensures companywide compliance with government regulations and handles government regulatory reporting.

Prior to Tyson, Vicki was a Human Resources Consultant where she helped employers develop policies and procedures aimed at preventing workplace problems including discrimination and harassment. Her efforts included conducting comprehensive employment audits, providing management training, and developing or reviewing policy and procedure manuals aimed at ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
