Orison Murdock is workforce diversity analytics and compliance leader with over a decade of experience in HR analytics, compliance, diversity, strategy, and talent management. As a member of IBM’s Global EEO Compliance leadership team, Orison’s organization leads U.S. Compliance by looking deep into the business needs and achieve goals in increasing diversity, executing programs that are inclusive, and remain in compliance with governments and society worldwide. Orison has a master’s degree in HR from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in business from Johns Hopkins University.
