Nikki Tabron is the Chief Education Officer of the Thompson Island Outward Bound Education Center. The Thompson Island program focuses on enhancing education and collaboration, building trust and confidence, and teaching conflict resolution and leadership skills. Nikki oversees programming for over 4,000 students annually, partnering with Boston Public Schools to provide a multi-year sequence of STEM and social emotional development programming to middle school and high school students. In addition to her work with Outward Bound, Nikki serves as the Board Chair of Throw Pink, a non-profit that supports women's health initiatives. Nikki has a Master's Degree from the McCormack School of Policy and Global Studies at
UMass Boston.
