Drawing upon 20 years of industry experience, Mr. Paul’s role extends beyond management, encompassing the provision of expert guidance to ensure adherence to federal regulations. First up, brief review of federal affirmative action laws and required AAP contents. Next, attendees will learn about the self-ID process and forms required for pre- and post- offer surveys as well as how to use data to evaluate outreach and for required recordkeeping. Common issues and challenges associated with pulling your data will be reviewed. Participants will learn how to assess the integrity of HRIS and ATS data and how to reconcile data.
