Lisa B. Marsh is an attorney in the Denver, Colorado, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents management exclusively in all areas of employment law, focusing on affirmative action, pay equity, and EEO. Lisa assists clients with the drafting of affirmative action plans, representing government and non-government contractors in Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) matters, preparing for and defending OFCCP audits, and counseling employers on issues stemming from OFCCP regulations. Lisa also assists clients with conducting proactive pay equity analyses in partnership with Jackson Lewis statisticians, as well as providing pay equity advice and counsel. Lisa presented at the 2023 NILG event: “Responding to Demands for Accountability in DEI,” and has previously presented at the Colorado ILG on OFCCP Focused Reviews as well as the Ohio ILG on the Pre-Enforcement Notice & Conciliation Procedures.
