Carmen Navarro is the Regional Director for the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Midwest Region.  In her current role, she leads a team of skilled employees charged with carrying out the agency’s mission of protecting workers, promoting diversity and enforcing federal employment law.

Ms. Navarro has more than 34 years of federal service, over 20 of them with OFCCP where she has played a key role in identifying and resolving numerous cases of systemic discrimination.
