Beverly Freeman is President of AAP Consultants LLC. For almost 20 years, Beverly has been providing companies of all backgrounds with compliant affirmative action plans. A self-avowed AAP “Geek”, Beverly is passionate about educating federal contractors on current trends and the risks involved with non-compliance and enjoys the challenge of OFCCP audits (sometimes). She values client relationships as much as she does their partnership. Beverly is a former member of the NILG and former president of the Triangle ILG. She has worked on ILG conferences locally, regionally and nationally for many years. She is best known among NILG as the brand monitor after initiating a brand change in 2019.
