Beth Ronnenburg
As President of Berkshire Associates, Beth Ronnenburg leads the team to ensure the delivery of high-caliber solutions to clients. She uses her 25 years of industry experience to offer guidance to top companies and law firms navigate through the complex regulatory requirements of OFCCP. Beth is a frequent speaker at national events, including last year’s NILG. She currently serves as a board member for the National ILG, where she represents the Mid-Atlantic Region. She is also the Chair of the Baltimore ILG. Beth holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from The Johns Hopkins University.
