Danny Petrella serves as Vice President, Client Services, with Employment Advisory Services, Inc. (EASI). Danny has more than 18 years of professional experience advising employers on the specific workplace implications of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws, with a particular emphasis on the nondiscrimination and affirmative action requirements enforced by the Labor Departmentā€™s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Danny provides EASI clients with a full range of compliance services, including:

ā€¢ Conducting statistical disparity analyses for employment-related decisions and data;
ā€¢ Developing risk management strategies for implementing federally compliant talent acquisition policies and procedures;
ā€¢ Directing privileged self-critical analyses of employer compensation practices; and
ā€¢ Developing training programs for HR professionals and management personnel

Danny also serves as Senior Vice President, Compliance and Assistant General Counsel to the Center for Workplace Compliance (CWC), where he helps CWC members understand and meet their workplace compliance requirements. Danny is also an attorney and partner with NT Lakis, LLP.
